What We Collect
- Account data: Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.
- Usage data: Pages visited, clicks, referral link activity, and session metadata.
- Payment data: Billing info is processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
- Affiliate data: Referral codes, promo codes, commission history, and payout details.
- Communications: Messages you send us via email or contact forms.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the RaxxWare platform and affiliate portal.
- To calculate and process affiliate commissions and payouts.
- To send transactional emails (account activity, payout notices).
- To prevent fraud and ensure platform security.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
- Supabase — Database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
- Stripe — Payment processing and affiliate payouts. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Vercel — Hosting and edge delivery.
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — Transactional email delivery.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to track referral attribution (e.g., ?ref= parameters). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Opt out of data sale (we do not sell your data).

Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Closed accounts are deleted within 90 days, except where we are required to retain records for tax or legal purposes.
Security
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Database access is restricted and logged. We take reasonable precautions but no system is 100% secure.
