How do I get paid as an affiliate?
Commissions are tracked automatically and paid via Stripe Connect. Once your balance hits $50, Stripe initiates a payout to your connected bank account. Set up your payout method in the Settings → Payout Setup tab of your affiliate dashboard.
When does my referral link get credited?
Your link is credited immediately when someone clicks it. If they sign up within 30 days of clicking, the referral is attributed to your account automatically.
Can I promote multiple apps at once?
Yes — you get a unique referral link for every app in the RaxxWare portfolio. Go to Dashboard → My Links to find per-app links. You can promote as many apps as you want simultaneously.
How do promo codes work?
You can set a custom promo code in Settings → Promo Code. When a new user enters your code at checkout, they get a discount (which you set) and the sale is credited to your account even if they didn't click your link.
What if I haven't received a commission I expected?
Commissions may take up to 24 hours to appear after a successful subscription. Check your Dashboard for pending commissions. If something still looks wrong after 48 hours, email us with the approximate date and the app involved.
Can I change my referral code?
Referral codes are assigned at registration and cannot be changed, as existing links would break. You can always add or update a promo code instead.
