RaxxWare builds custom software and workflow automation for small and mid-sized businesses — the kind of companies that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not have an in-house engineering team.
What we do
Most businesses do not have a software problem so much as a connection problem. They run on five or ten tools that each do their job well but do not talk to one another, so staff end up acting as human bridges — exporting from one system, retyping into the next, and keeping fragile spreadsheets in between. That work is invisible on a budget and expensive in practice.
We look at how information actually moves through a business, then build the software that removes the manual steps. In practice that means three things: a free operational audit that maps where time is being lost, custom applications built around the way a company already works rather than a generic template, and automation that connects the tools already in place so records stay in sync without anyone copying them by hand.
Why we publish
Our blog and news sections exist because the problems we get hired to fix are remarkably consistent: manual data entry, disconnected tools, inventory that drifts out of sync, invoices that go out late, reporting that takes a day to assemble. We write up what we have learned solving those problems so that owners can recognise the pattern in their own operation — and fix it themselves if they would rather not hire anyone.
Every article is written in-house by the people who do the implementation work. We do not syndicate or republish other people's writing.
